Title I, Part A - LEA Program Plan (4G)
This session is available via ZOOM Only

Is your district familiar with all Title I, Part A LEA Program plan requirements? Are you engaging in timely and meaningful consultation with required stakeholders? Have you successfully documented your compliance with periodic review and revisions, statutory required descriptions and assurances, and coordination with other programs? In order to ensure all mandates are being met, we are offering this in depth session for LEA Plan coordinators and staff to be able to review and better understand Section 1111 and the required provisions that should be evident in your plan. Join us, and let's network to share best practices for meeting these requirements.

Important Session Information:

All LEAs that receive Title I, Part A funds are required to have a Title IA LEA Plan. This plan will ensure that all children receive a high-quality education, and to close the achievement gap between children meeting the challenging State academic standards  and those children are not meeting such standards. The LEA may incorporate the LEA Plan requirements into the District Improvement Plan (DIP) that is required under the Texas Education Code.

We will guide you through the 13 required provisions and the 10 assurances to make connections on how they will look in your LEA plan. You will walk away from this training with a solid foundation on how to create or revise your LEA plan for the benefit of all students in your district.
