Content-Based Language Instruction (CBLI)




Content-based language instruction is an integrated approach to language instruction in which language is developed within the context of content delivery that is culturally and linguistically sustaining for Emergent Bilingual students. Educators will explore practical strategies for scaffolding language development within the context of content delivery fostering an inclusive and language -rich learning environment. Join us for an engaging profession development that equips you with tools to enhance language acquisition and academic success for all students. 

Important Session Information:


This session is for all teachers regardless of content area, grade levels or certification who work with Emergent Bilingual students. We will explore practical ways to develop targeted and intentional methods used to meet the affective, linguistic, and cognitive needs of EB students through content delivery.
