Region 6 Education Service Center is pleased to host the Bilingual ESL Title III Summer Conference, focused on building an effective instructional game plan that promotes language growth for Emergent Bilingual (EB) students. This face-to-face professional learning experience will feature a keynote presentation by Dr. ET, founder of Dr. ET & Company LLC, along with targeted breakout sessions designed to support teachers, paraprofessionals, and administrators. Participants will engage in practical, research-based strategies that promote language development and instructional effectiveness from the first day of instruction. Vendors will be available to see and hear products related to Emergent Bilingual instruction. Lunch will be provided for all registered participants.
This session will be held in person at the Region 6 Education Service Center, located at 3332 Montgomery Road, Huntsville, Texas 77340. Please log in to the Region 6 ESC registration page and check the "My Account" section to ensure that your email address is current and that your profile is correctly associated with your school district. This information is important, as your survey and certificate of attendance will be sent to the email address listed in the system. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the session. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge. Approximately two weeks after the session, participants will receive a survey via email. Upon completion of the survey, a certificate of attendance and CPE credits will be awarded.
