There are three required components of a Title I,A Schoolwide Program that are essential to effective implementation:
- Conducting a comprehensive needs assessment
- Preparing a comprehensive schoolwide plan
- Evaluating the schoolwide plan annually
This full day session will focus on the second and third required components: Preparing a Comprehensive Schoolwide Plan ( AKA - Campus Improvement Plan) and Evaluating the Schoolwide Plan annually.
The CIP portion of the training is designed to:
- Connect the CNA to the Campus Improvement Planning Process
- Review the stakeholder requirements
- Ensure availability of the CIP per TEA guidelines
- Incorporate Coordination & Integration of other local, state, and federal programs
- Integrate required descriptions into the CIP and
- Share Schoolwide Program Plan Resources
The Evaluation of Program Effectiveness portion of the training is designed to:
- Connect the continuous evaluation process to the CIP
- Review Evaluation Requirements of Monitoring Implementation & Annual Evaluation
- Incorporate required documentation components of the Evaluation
- Share Evaluation Resources
