Leadership and Instructional Foundations of Texas (LIFT) Needs Assessment Collaborative

The LIFT Needs Assessment Collaborative at Region 6 ESC will support districts in collaboratively identifying strengths, needs, and priorities to guide instructional planning. During this process, district and campus leaders will review school system context (including grade spans and program participation), identify LIFT Leadership Team members, and examine the LIFT Needs Assessment organized by LIFT Program Outcomes. Districts will review relevant documentation and collaborate with ESC LIFT personnel to complete the assessment. Results from the LIFT Needs Assessment will be used to develop a targeted LIFT Action Plan, with additional campus-level planning for districts with SI campuses.
