This hands-on workshop supports ECSE and prekindergarten teachers and professionals in strengthening early literacy instruction aligned with the Prekindergarten Guidelines. Participants will explore developmentally appropriate strategies for building oral language, phonological awareness, print concepts, vocabulary, and early writing through play-based, inclusive practices. Attendees will engage in interactive make-and-take activities, creating classroom-ready literacy tools that can be immediately implemented to support diverse learners.
