Session Focus: Take your CTE leadership to the next level with a deeper look at the strategies that build strong, sustainable programs. This training moves beyond the fundamentals to help administrators take a comprehensive approach to planning, evaluating, expanding, and supporting CTE programs across K-12. Participants will explore strategies for developing a cohesive K-12 CTE plan, evaluating program quality and effectiveness, identifying opportunities for strategic program expansion, and creating systems that support and retain CTE teachers.
