ESC 6 School Success Services provide training and support in all areas of district and campus leadership. Services guide leaders through efficient practices and the development of quality systems supporting educational leaders.
Local Improvement Plans (LIPs) are school-specific plans created and managed at the local level to target and address areas of underperformance on a campus. This session will walk participants through required components of the Local Improvement Plan using the TEA provided guidance.
