Class 1 of a 10-class series - Introduction to School Nutrition Leadership Program. A participant that completes the full series will receive credit for 25 hours of professional standards.
Participants will be able to identify the Federal School Nutrition Programs (SNP), identify the professional standards required of school nutrition personnel and the role of ICN in training, and describe the school nutrition director's leadership role in achieving the purpose and goals of the SNP.
This is a virtual event utilizing the Zoom platform, participants are not required to create a zoom account. A computer set-up must include internet and camera capabilities. Participants will receive a Zoom link via email to join prior to the session. Check “My Account” on the registration page to ensure your email address in the ESC6 registration system is correct. Check-in is recommended 15-20 minutes prior to the start time of the event to allow entry into the session.
