AAS/GT 6 hour update: Response to Intervention (RtI) and Gifted Learners
This mandatory training meets the Texas State Plan requirement, Section 4.2C for teachers who provide instruction and services that are a part of the district's defined gifted/talented services to receive 6 hour annually of professional development in gifted/talented education that is related to state teacher education standards. Participants will explore and evaluate the connection between RtI (each tier) and appropriate interventions for gifted learners at each tier.
