Building a Culture of Trust, Accountability, and Effective Documentation Practices

Join us for a session that equips school leaders with the tools to build a culture grounded in trust and accountability. Through an exploration of psychological safety, proactive leadership, and effective communication, participants will deepen their understanding of how documentation practices support growth and legal protection. Attendees will learn to distinguish between conduct and performance issues and practice crafting clear, objective documentation. Emphasis will be placed on strategies to foster clarity, consistency, and fairness. Leave with the skills to implement documentation that reflects professionalism and builds a stronger team culture.
Important Workshop Information:
For districts participating in the Title II contract, there will be no charge. Non-contracting districts will pay $400 per participant.
