Big Rocks 3.0: Fueling Writing Growth through Intentional Leadership

Improving student writing proficiency is a key priority as we move forward from the 2025 STAAR accountability results. This Big Rocks 3.0 session empowers campus leaders with practical, high-impact strategies to elevate writing instruction across disciplines. Leaders will analyze STAAR data, examine common instructional challenges, and explore how to support teachers in strengthening student responses to SCRs and ECRs. Through a leadership lens, participants will learn how to lead focused, data-driven PLCs that support the implementation of Big Rocks 3.0 writing strategies, encourage teacher reflection, and drive sustained student growth in writing.
