This training helps leaders develop the skills and tools necessary to have effective and focused instructional coaching conversations based on Paul Bambrick-Santoyo’s giving effective feedback framework: See It Name It Do It. The training anchors in the powerful components of seeing what a good model looks like, naming the bite-size steps for improvement, and practicing what the key action steps are for success. These elements of effective coaching can be used by leaders at any level and in multiple scenarios, such as post-conferences, data meetings, and lesson planning with teachers.
