Superintendent Leadership Series 2025-2026
Day 2




Provide a leadership academy/series quarterly through the 2025-2026 school year. This professional development targets current superintendents. Professional development will be developed and offered based on topics such as political climate, organizational growth, budget and finance, navigating board and superintendent relationships, district systems, and district best practices. *Provide real-time 1:1 coaching and feedback aligned to superintendent needs, based on request. ESC 16 and Superintendent can determine the appropriate scope of work, including time, content, and contract.
