Elementary Civics Training at Region 16 (July 29-30)

In accordance with Senate Bill 3, this 2-day workshop provides the required civics training for the both the administrator and teacher representative for elementary campus. Over the course of the program, participants will explore the rich history of civics, analyze foundational documents and key historical moments, and master effective strategies for classroom instruction. This program bridges the gap between state requirements and practical application, ensuring your campus is in compliance and fully equipped to teach civics.
