In this 3-day training, we will cover: an overview of TEA Welding IBCs -
AWS D1.1, AWS D9.1, API 1104, feasibility for Ag Mech and Welding programs, auditing IBCs and ensuring that test witnesses and vendors are properly qualified, weld test lesson plans and requirements for electronic tracking, oxy-fuel theory and using alternative fuel gases, and testing joints and workmanship projects using test lesson plans.
Teachers will leave understanding how to administer, submit, view, and interpret qualification testing docs. Teachers will leave having the qualifications to offer the IBCs aligned with the Ag Technology and Mechanical Systems and Welding programs of study on the State Accountability IBC list.
