TIA Calibration Training for Appraisers




This T-TESS Calibration session offers appraisers a dedicated space to refine their evaluative accuracy and eliminate rater drift through deep-dive rubric realignment. Participants will engage in collaborative discussions to define high-impact "look-fors," share best practices for evidence-based scoring, and explore the critical intersection between T-TESS performance levels and the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) system.
