The Campus Leadership Series: Calibrating the Compass gives principals and assistant principals a place to sharpen their leadership and stay grounded in the work that matters. Across the year, leaders return to steady their direction, stay aligned to their purpose, and navigate the predictable shifts of the campus season. CLS focuses on the real challenges leaders face: guiding instruction, building strong adult culture, leading PLCs with purpose, and creating systems that help teachers and students thrive.
This is a cohort experience, and attendance at all sessions is essential. In addition, each campus will also receive one on-site support visit to reinforce implementation.
