Finally, the course goes beyond the paperwork by covering the "Art of ID&R," teaching staff vital soft skills, community networking, and ethical interviewing techniques to successfully build trust with families in the field.By combining precise data integrity with profound human connection, this course equips you with the tools needed to ensure every eligible migratory child in Texas is found, recruited, and supported.
