Requirements for Credit
- Attendance Policy: This registration is for the use of a single participant. Only the registered email address is authorized to participate in this virtual workshop. NO group participation is allowed. Group viewing of the workshop will result in the user’s removal and no refund will be provided.
- Camera: The user’s camera must be on throughout the training.
Billing
- If you select a purchase order as your payment method we will need a copy of your purchase order 72 hours before you attend this session.
- If we do not receive a copy of your PO your registration will be canceled and you will not be able to attend this session.

- If you are using a GCACon promo code and cancel your GCACon registration, your registration for this Expo will be cancelled as well. You will have to re-register to pay for this session.
Cancellation & No Show Policy
- Cancellations must be made by 10/8/2026 at 5:00 pm (CST)
- Late cancellations and no-shows will be billed the full amount
- Registrations after 10/8/26 will be billed the full amount
