Course Details & Cancellation Policy

• Course Access: Once you begin the course, you will have 90 days to complete it.

• Billing: The $35.00 registration fee applies regardless of whether you finish the coursework.

• Please note that if you select a purchase order as your payment method we will need a copy of your PO before you access the course materials. Send POs to cecila.forbes@esc16.net.

• Cancellations: You may only cancel if you have not yet started the course. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Shannon.Elliott@esc16.net within 30 days.

• Unstarted Courses: If you register but neither start the course nor submit a written cancellation within 30 days, you will be billed in full. No refunds will be issued.
