Hearing Screening Certification
Share
The State of Texas requires that all individuals complete an approved certification course prior to performing hearing screening. (Certification remains in effect for five years.) Participants will learn the techniques and requirements for hearing screening as mandated by the Texas DSHS. A Texas DSHS approved trainer(s) conducts this workshop. Participants will be certified to perform hearing screening in the State of Texas upon successful completion of the course.
Important Workshop Information:
Please bring an audiometer if one is available to you. Also, bring a light jacket or sweater for your comfort.
