Instructional Fusion Conference




English Language Arts and social studies teachers will fuse student interaction with academic literacy to engage all learners, including English language learners, gifted and talented students, and economically disadvantaged students. This two-day conference will provide opportunities for educators to get real-world support and guidance for student-centered classrooms that create success for all students. Join keynote speakers and noted authors John Seidlitz and Bill Perryman as they model tools to create an interactive, language-rich, highly engaged classroom . Enjoy a variety of breakout sessions provided by exceptional Region 16 educators . On-site and off-site sessions will fuse Social Studies and ELA themes to support critical success factor (CSF) 5: Increase Family and Community Engagement, and (CSF)7: Increase Teacher Quality.
