Leading Learning: Building Capacity Through Collaboration

This is a series of four stand-alone sessions designed for administrators and teacher leaders to build the capacity of their staffs through collaboration. Participants will be given an overview of 2016 accountability and assessment; strategies to analyze state data; assistance in creating and analyzing local data; and guidance in monitoring and adjusting instruction based on data, including intensive test preparation.
