Decoding and the Struggling Reader grades K-12




Participants will experience a full day of “hands-on” activities and leave the workshop with a “Phonics 101 basics” refresher, complimentary decoding surveys, access to a complimentary grouping matrix, and functional strategies and techniques to help struggling readers successfully read and spell multisyllabic words and improve their reading accuracy.This is a wonderful workshop chocked full of strategies to help struggling readers practice what good readers do naturally, which is pay attention to every word, read with a high rate of accuracy, and use strategies to attack multi-syllables words with ease. This is a complementary session from Really Great Reading Company presented by Shari Zimmer.
