Property Value Study




This training will look at the annual Property Value Study conducted by the Comptroller. Understanding the reports generated by the Property Value Study including T2 Values, confidence Intervals, ISD Summary Worksheets; and remedies available to the ISD to challenge these reports, specifically Correcting T2 values and changing an Invalid Confidence Interval, to a Valid one.

Important Workshop Information:


The training will cover the annual Property Value Study conducted by the Comptroller of Public Accounts and how the T2 values are determined by the state. It will also discuss how the T2 values that are certified to TEA can change based on various reason.
