Meal Production Records/Kitchen Math for CACFP
Share
Participants will apply math skills to calculate serving sizes, the number of servings needed, and to adjust recipes. The training will provide information on the contents of the Food Buying Guide, and how it can be used as a supporting document. Instruction will be given on how to accurately complete the required Meal Production Records in order to support successful management and documentation compliance with the CACFP child care meal pattern. The training is intended only for those contracting with TDA/USDA for the CACFP.
