Hands-On Projects Using 7 Thinking Strategies: ELAR 6-8




In this interactive project-based session, you will complete two challenges using the 7 thinking strategies: scheme, determining importance, visualization, questioning, monitoring for meaning, inferencing, and synthesizing. You will also learn how to build cross-curricular lessons that reinforce all student learning and promises to increase authentic engagement or your classroom. You will leave with two fully developed lessons that can be used immediately. (We're making butter and be detectives to find out who kidnapped Princess Peach!)
