CTE New Teacher Cohort




The CTE New Teacher Cohort is designed to facilitate professional learning for new CTE teachers or teachers who are new to teaching CTE with 0-3 years experience in CTE. We will: • Work as a collaborative group to celebrate successes and brainstorm solutions to challenges • Learn how to develop, teach, and monitor essential routines and procedures for effective classroom management • Establish clear, long-term goals for each class you teach • Develop evaluation instruments to drive unit plans and lesson plans to engage students • Review instructional strategies and other resources pertinent to CTE
