Advancing Educational Leadership




Advancing educational leadership focuses on implementation of impactful strategies regarding school culture, data, instruction, and goal setting. AEL is the "co-requisite" to TTESS appraisal certification. If you do not currently hold a PDAS appraisal certification, you must complete this course prior to appraising teachers under the new state recommended appraisal system (i.e., Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System- TTESS).
