Kitchen Math for School Nutrition Programs (Making Sense of Food Costs)




Overcome your fear of math by reviewing basic calculations used in the kitchen. Participants will practice solving problems involving multiple skills, such as measuring ingredients, totaling food quantities, adjusting recipes, using correct serving utensils, and calculating food costs. Useful resources will be provided.
