Action Coaching




This training equips leaders in developing strong systems and routines for supporting teachers through short-cycle observation and feedback based on the principles in Get Better Faster: A 90-Day Plan for Coaching New Teachers by Paul Bambrick-Santoyo. Leaders will build capacity to deliver effective feedback on the most critical actions for teachers based on the Scope & Sequence guide and the See It Name It Do it model for teacher skill development.

Important Workshop Information:


$25 Fee for Title II contracting Districts, $425 for non-contracting districts. $25 fee is for the book, Get Better Faster that we will be using in this session.
