How to Coach Unpacking Standards-4 Day Training
Day 1




Leaders, have you been looking for a silver bullet? Sadly, we haven’t found it either. But, we have found that the more confidence teachers have in the understanding of their standards, the better students perform in those standards. During this series, we will work through protocols that help you prioritize which TEKS need a deep dive, and how to help teachers align their Lesson Plans and formative assessments to their new understanding of the TEKS. This session is aligned to Texas Instructional Leadership Lever: Lesson Planning/Formative assessment (weblink). TIL focuses on creating systemic change through multiple levers of best practices to build leadership and coaching capacity.
