This training helps leaders develop their skills on having focused, quality coaching conversations based on Paul Bambrick-Santoyo’s giving effective feedback model: See It Name It Do it. This powerful model allows someone to see what a good model looks like, name the bite-size steps for improvement, and practice what the key action steps are for success. These elements of effective coaching can be used by leaders at any level and in multiple scenarios such as post-conferences, data meetings, and lesson planning with teachers.
