Technology Toolbox Series: EdPuzzle




How many times did you plan a lesson and events led to an unexpected circumstance? In this workshop you will learn how to plan an amazing video-lesson and how to use it effectively with your students. Even in the most unpredictable circumstances. It's hard to reuse videos from other teachers and you have to spend your weekends creating your videos from scratch. Do you know if they are watching the lesson? If you assign a video to your class you don't know who is paying attention and who is on Facebook. Are the students having a passive experience? A video can be like a lecture without interaction: boring and useless. Accept it, a 30 minutes video about exponents can be really boring. Do you know if students are learning? How do you know if your students got the lesson from the video? Maybe they weren't paying attention or they just skipped that part. You don't know. EDPuzzle will solve these problems. EDpuzzle is a video platform where you can make any video your lesson. For free. Use your favorite videos from YouTube or upload your own and build an interactive lesson for your students.
