Teaching Hard History: Segregation
Share
The fight for equality didn't end with the Civil War. From Reconstruction up through the 1920's, African Americans experienced a period of intense prejudice and terror that still has a profound effect on our nation. In this 3 hour virtual training, participants will analyze what has been called "the nadir of race relations", while learning how to teach this hard history in the classroom. The training will begin at 9:00 am on Jan. 26.
Important Workshop Information:
For districts that contract with Instructional Support, fee will be waived at checkout. The webinar training will be held from 9:00am-12:00pm on January 26th. A link to the webinar will be emailed a few days prior to the webinar.
