In this one day review of the Advancing Educational Leadership framework, school leaders will unpack the five themes of AEL, See and Name key action steps in exemplar growth plans, and create action steps in a targeted growth plan for their campus for the 2021-2022 school year addressing one of the themes: Creating Positive School Culture, Improving Instruction, Managing Data & Processes, Developing Self & Others, and Establishing & Sustaining Mission, Vision, & Goals. Participants will reconvene in December to review campus progress and adjust plans for the spring semester.
