Student Learning Objectives




SLO is a two-day training for districts choosing to implement SLOs as the student growth measure for Teacher Appraisal as clarified in the TAC ยง150.1001(f)(2). The SLO Model is one option for measuring Student Growth as part of T-TESS or a locally developed appraisal system in Texas. It provides a framework for continuous dialogue between students, teachers, and principals to support teacher development and student growth throughout the year.
