Puzzle, Play and Solve Systems of Equations and Inequalities




A challenge for teachers is finding ways to engage students in mastering systems of equations and inequalities as noted in the 2021 EOC data. We will use puzzles to form a foundational understanding of systems which will lead to an abstract understanding. Throughout this session participants will analyze multiple representations of systems and engage in activities that will allow students to build deep connections between linear equations, inequalities, methods for solving systems, and models. You will leave with activities ready to implement in your classroom the very next day! Join us on October 26th from 9-4 as we develop a mastery of Systems of Equations and Inequalities.

Important Workshop Information:


If your district has the instructional support contract, the fee will be removed at checkout. This session will be face to face from 9AM-4PM. Please bring you laptops or tablets to use throughout the session.
