Trainings: Session Detail

5E Model in the Science Classroom

Critical Thinking, Communication, Creativity, and Collaboration grow learners who are independent and analytical. The purpose of the 5E Science Model is to blend various learning techniques to provide an engaging platform to strengthen mastery through open-ended questioning, real world experiences, and hands-on exploration. We will learn how to design a 5E Science Model experience that allows all students to become better learners and provides low-entry points for those who struggle and a high ceiling for those needing extension while still moving through required content. This session will provide 6 hours of GT credit towards the 6 hour update requirement. This will be a face to face session on 10/19/2021.
