What's the WRITE Way to Read? Grades 9-12
Share
Let's switch the process! We always ask students to, "find it in their reading then apply it in their writing." We are flipping the script in this session by incorporating the skills in writing before analyzing the skill in a text. In this session, participants will learn how to teach writing lessons over author's purpose and craft before delving deeper into reading analysis. Student Expectations addressed: 4F, 4G, 7D, 7Di, 7Dii, 7E, 7Ei, 7Eii, 7Eiii, 8B, 8D, 8F, 8G
