Trainings: Session Detail

Title IX Specific Requirements and Duties - Online Course

The new Title IX regulations require the Title IX coordinator, as well as district and campus administrators who may be investigators or serve as grievance hearing officers, to obtain training on the new legal standards and procedural requirements applicable to complaints, investigations and appeals of alleged harassment. Training provided by the Underwood Law Firm will not only inform administrators about the new legal definitions and procedures, but will also provide practical guidance on how to effectively implement the new regulations in the context of a district’s complaint and discipline procedures.
