Reimagine the Redesign: An Administrator’s Guide to STAAR 2.0




In 2019, HB 3906 passed sweeping changes to the current format of the STAAR, including online assessment, new question types, cross-curricular passages, and evidence-based writing. These changes will be implemented in the 2022-2023 school year. In this half-day session targeted for administrators, we will look at the changes and how they more tightly align to the classroom experience. We will identify supports for teachers as well as possible classroom implications.
