Developing a School Bus Driver Training Program




This training will help with all requirements from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration: ELDT, Training Provider Registry and Driver Qualifications. Topics to be covered are Entry Level Driver Training, registering your district in the federal Training Provider Registry, submitting training information for new drivers, and reading/understanding driver records. There will be plenty of time for open discussion and Q&As. The driver training program is a new federal mandate that must be completed before an individual can complete skills tests for a commercial driver license.
