Biliteracy Pedagogy and Practice*: Capitalizing on Your EL's Linguistic Resources - Virtual Book Study - Day 1




This is one in a series of virtual sessions designed to preview the book, "Teaching for Biliteracy" by Karen Beeman and Cheryl Urow. The sessions will meet via ZOOM on the following dates: 6/12, 6/13, 6/14, 6/15 from 9:00am to 11:00am.
This book study would be a complementary study before the Region 16 Multilingual Learner Institute on July 13th.
This series is provided free of charge to Region 16 districts with the Bilingual and Title III contracts.

Important Workshop Information:


Participants will receive a copy of the book, Teaching for Biliteracy, by Karen Beeman and Cheryl Urow. The books will be available prior to the workshop at the front desk of the business side of Region 16, Bell Street Campus.
