TWU Speech Language Pathology Information Meeting for Master's Degree
Cycle 10

Participants will be given information about the upcoming cycle of the Speech-Language Pathology SLP Master's Degree program obtained via Texas Women's University (TWU). The distance learning venue allows students to work in schools while completing requirements for the graduate degree (classes held on Tuesday nights at ESC 18). This meeting is a mandatory requirement as part of the university's admission criteria.

Important Session Information:

The Texas Woman's University (TWU) Distance Learning Speech Pathology Master's Degree Program was developed to alleviate shortages of degreed SLPs in Texas public schools.  This meeting will provide in-depth information about the program and the university application process.  All potential applicants MUST attend one of these informational meetings (in its entirety) to be considered for entrance into the program.

This master's degree requires individuals who do not already have a bachelor's degree in the speech/communication field to take "leveling" course work.  This information will be discussed in detail at the meeting.

Attendees interested in a bilingual certificate in addition to their master's degree will have an opportunity to learn more about the bilingual certificate requirements.
