FEE WAIVED FOR MEMBERS OF BILINGUAL SERVICES. This three hour session provides training to school personnel on the Language Proficiency Assessment Committee (LPAC) policies and procedures established by Federal and State legislation. The purpose of this session is to equip district/school personnel and build capacity for the purpose of establishing the mandated process for the "End of the Year" (EOY) LPAC to meet the needs of English Learners.
