School Support Team Training
Turnaround Plan Training for Year 2 School Improvement Campuses




This training includes information on the role of the school support team, the ten school wide components, data analysis process, conducting a comprehensive needs assessment, required documentation for the campus improvement plan, professional teaching and learning cycle, parental involvement requirements, and program evaluation.

This training is designed to train schools on the Turnaround Plan. Please bring the following items to the training:

ESF Diagnostic Final Report

TIP Plan

Eight Pager of the ESF Framework

Fully Charged laptop

We will allow for time to work on the plan - and will be available on December 4th to support schools if needed.
