CACFP Creditable Foods for Children and Adults




Participants will review and practice using the resources and tools available to determine if foods are creditable or not creditable in the CACFP for Children and Adults. The new CACFP Crediting Handbook will be introduced and reviewed as one of the tools in addition to the Food Buying Guide, Standardized Recipes, Nutrition Labels, CN Labels, and Product Formulation Statements.

Important Session Information:


This CACFP training session is being provided by all ESCs across the state via Zoom video conferencing.  After registering, you will receive a follow up email that includes the Zoom registration link for this session.

You must know your CE name that is in TX-UNPS.  This information will be entered as the organization.

You also will need to enter that you are located in ESC Region 18.
