The Region 18 ESC Maxwell Leadership Institute of Texas, iLead student leadership values initiative was designed to provide school aged students with an environment for leadership values to be introduced, practiced, and shared through transformation tables around 16 core leadership values. In this session, we will take participants through Sponsor Training, introduce the iLead Sponsor Guide and iLead Facilitators Guide and share intake resources and materials to equip Sponsors and get started.
